It is time to start, I'll help you. Invest 5 minutes and enjoy it for the rest of the year.
Phase 1: Being present!
Exercise:
Stop and breathe:
> breathe in slowly for 6 seconds,
> hold on for 4 seconds,
> breathe out slowly for 8 seconds.
Repeat this exercise 3 times and move to phase 2.
Phase 2: Periodization!
Exercise:
> take a piece of paper and draw a 12 months calendar;
> divide each month into 3 main areas: relationship, business, yourself;
> plan the 3 most important moments of your business (example: sales kick-off, month closing, team meeting);
> plan the 3 most important moments of your relationship (example: holidays, birthdays, wedding);
> plan 3 ways to work on your growth (example: study, meeting, training).

Repeat this exercise 3 times and move to the next phase.
Phase 3: Give the right value to your priority!
Rules:
> the summa of the 3 areas (for each month) can not be more than 90% (example: 30% business, 20% myself, 40% relationship).
Exercise:
> give a % value to each area, for each month, according to your calendar);
